Scraphaven provides their services to you on the following terms and conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The site or any portion of the site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by scraphaven.com.au.

The site may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner.

When ordering from scraphaven.com.au you are the purchaser of the goods and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All prices quoted on the site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Some photos/colours may vary slightly; unfortunately this is beyond our control.

At Scraphaven, we place a high importance on security and confidentiality. We have a number of measures in place to ensure that personal details, including credit cards, do not fall into the wrong hands.

Service Policy
At Scraphaven, our commitment is to provide the highest possible service to you our customer. If you are not completely satisfied with any area of your purchase please contact us. Our aim is to fulfil all orders promptly, however we do rely on the service of our suppliers. If a product is in short supply, you will not be charged until it is delivered. We will endeavour to supply all short products as quickly as possible.

Postage
As an Introductory offer we are trialling FREE FREIGHT for orders over $50.00.

Unfortunately this $50.00 must not include any items within the Bargain Box as this items are already at a reduced price.

All orders $50.00 and under will be charged a flat fee of $6.00 postage within Australia

International orders will have postage added after the order has been packed & weighed.

Minimum $20.00 order requirement (excluding shipping costs)

Payment
Credit Cards: Payment can be made online using Visa or MasterCard

Cheques/ Money Orders: To pay by cheque or money order, please make payable to Dianne Moon and post together with a copy of your order to Scraphaven PO Box 729, Sunbury, Vic 3429.
Goods will not be delivered until payment is received.
